Alternator Pulley Swap

Remove intake air tube for access to the alternator.

Remove the belt from the alternator and remove 3 bolts (one may be a stud with a nut) using a 13mm socket or wrench

After removing the 3 bolts, position the alternator so that the pulley is upwards. The only reason for removing the alternator is for air ratchet clearance.

Use an air ratchet with a 15/16" socket to remove pulley. If it doesn't loosen, just let the pulley stop spinning and hit it again. Note: if you do not have acces to an air ratchet, remove the electrical connections and take the alternator to a local garage.

Remove pulley, install new pulley, and use the stock nut and air ratchet to retighten the nut.

Reinstall the 3 bolts, reinstall belt, and reinstall all other components that were removed
